- *NEW* yoga - Columbine Yoga offers a range of thoughtfully prepared activities to relax, revitalise and rejuvenate. The concept is the use of traditional yoga exercises to relax the mind, carefully selected food to revitalise the body and the power of nature to rejuvenate the soul. Choose from a programme of specially developed yoga routines and scenic countryside walks. Yoga classes and guided walks can be booked separately, or as a Healthy Day/Short Break package. Columbine Yoga brings together groups of like-minded people to unwind, have fun and feel good. We also offer a bespoke service for groups of friends, work-colleagues and clubs
Sport Nottinghamshire is the County Sports Partnership for Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Their aim is to make sure everyone has the opportunity to participate in sport and reach their full potential. A full list of regional events is posted to the calendar. Intosport is Nottinghamshire's sporting website - to find details of leisure facilities in Notts please click here. The local authority webpages detail the sporting facilities that they offer.
