Nottingham tourism centre More than tourist information
The Nottingham tourism centre also operates a full Ticketmaster service to personal callers. The centre’s free services include accommodation booking and arranging tickets for venues like the Royal Centre, Nottingham Playhouse, Nottingham Arts Theatre and Mansfield Palace Theatre. Plus Nottingham attraction tickets and souvenir sales. The centre also offers internet, fax and photocopying services.
Travel enquiries
For travel information, timetables and enquiries, pop into Nottingham City Transport’s Travel Centre at 5 South Parade in Old Market Square. It’s open every day except Sunday. The call centre is open seven days a week though. Call the team on 0115 950 60 70 between 8am - 7pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 5pm Sunday.

Enjoy England Excellence Awards 2010 - national finals Nottingham Tourism Centre (NTC), who was competing alongside eight regional Tourism Information Centres (TICs) following the regional finals in October 2009, has been shortlisted to receive a gold or silver award at the prestigious ceremony to be held in Brighton on 23 April 2010.
2008 - national success for Nottingham tourism centre
Gold winners from the regional awards including Nottingham tourism centre, Attenborough Nature Reserve and Hart’s Hotel & Restaurant went forward to compete other English regions to be crowned ‘England’s Best.’ The Nottingham tourism centre team was proud to win silver at the national final for Best Tourist Information Centre of the Year. The glittering awards ceremony took place on St George’s Day, 23 April 2008, at St George's Hall, Liverpool. Click here to read more about the winners of the national competition.
